It has 40 computers all linked to the Internet. The Uganda Legal Information Institute is an internet facility that provides the public with legal information relating to Uganda. It publishes decisions of courts, legislation (Acts of Parliament and Statutory Instruments) and some publicly available secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access

African Capacity Building Foundation’s Knowledge Resource Corner (KRC), a virtual library on capacity development. The Knowledge Resource Corner is a one stop shop digital library that offers well-structured and unified interface to access full-text copies on capacity development published by African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), its networks and partners. KRC’s collections comprise books, occasional papers, working papers, reports, development memoirs, lesson notes, conference papers etc.

The World Bank eLibrary is the World Bank’s subscription-based collection of nearly 6,000 books, reports, journals, and working papers published since 1996~ However, free full text access is limited to ‘Development Outreach Journal’ and ‘Development Economics’ (DEe) policy research working papers.

About UTC Kichwamba Library

Uganda Technical College – Kichwamba (UTC – KI) is a Public Tertiary Institution located in Kabarole District, 14 km on the Fort portal – Bundibugyo highway. It is governed in accordance to the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act (2003) as amended. It offers programs leading to the award of National and Higher Diplomas in Engineering and ICT.

At the teaching complex, our library has seating capacity of One hundred users, over 10,000 print volumes, over 100 journal titles, and dissertations. It has 40 computers all linked to the Internet. The Wireless Internet coverage is also available in the Library, enabling students and staff with wireless devices to access the internet while in the Library.
