At the teaching complex, our library has seating capacity of One hundred users, over 10,000 print volumes, over 100 journal titles, and dissertations. It has 40 computers all linked to the Internet. The Wireless Internet coverage is also available in the Library, enabling students, staff and guests with wireless devices to access the internet while in the Library.

Social Science Research Network (SSRN) is devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and is composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences.The SSRN eLibrary consists of two parts: an Abstract Database containing abstracts on over 490,600 scholarly working papers and forthcoming papers and an Electronic Paper Collection currently containing over 399,400 downloadable full text documents in Adobe Acrobat pdf format. The World Bank eLibrary is the World Bank’s subscription-based collection of nearly 6,000 books, reports, journals, and working papers published since 1996~ However, free full text access is limited to ‘Development Outreach Journal’ and ‘Development Economics’ (DEe) policy research working papers.

Uganda Technical College – Kichwamba (UTC – KI) is a Public Tertiary Institution located in Kabarole District, 14 km on the Fort portal – Bundibugyo highway. It is governed in accordance to the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act (2003) as amended. It offers programs leading to the award of National and Higher Diplomas in Engineering and ICT.
